30 days, no questions

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to return

Email support@tikbuy.example with your order ID and we'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Once the item reaches our warehouse, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days.

Defective or lost items

If your item arrives broken, doesn't arrive at all, or arrives wrong, we issue a full refund or replacement immediately — no return required.

Non-returnable

Personal-care items, perishables, and final-sale items are non-returnable. These are clearly marked on the product page.
